Many of us love fish, rarely cook it at home or stick to the same recipes. We’ve created a series of three different fish cookery classes to help you introduce fish into your everyday cooking as well as for entertaining. We want to you embrace your local fishmonger (we use Evans of Didsbury for all our fish) so you learn what to look for and what to ask for.

3 Fish 3 Ways

We look at three different fish cooked in three different ways – oily fish, white fish, flat fish.  You’ll learn skills to prepare and cook each fish as well as understand sauces to sit perfectly with your fish.

Fish Cookery – Delicious Dinners

This class shows you how to cook prepared fish, from the fishmonger and turn it into an amazing dinner or simple supper for no fuss entertaining.

Fish Preparation & Cooking Workshop

Our weekend version of our popular class, looking at preparing fish through to cooking different styles.  A mix of demo and hands on, eating as you go and enjoying the showstopping saltdough baked fish.
