Description

Enjoy a hands-on Vietnamese cookery class followed by a relaxed social meal, where you’ll sit down and enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve created.

Vietnamese cuisine is renowned for its fresh, fragrant flavours and unique blend of Chinese and French influences. Naturally light and low in dairy and fat, it’s a wonderful cuisine to learn, and we’ll share plenty of tips and tricks to help you recreate these dishes confidently at home.

Combining hands-on cooking with expert demonstrations, this extended class gives you plenty of time to cook, learn and enjoy your creations together in the dining room. You’ll leave with generous leftovers to take home, new cooking skills and the confidence to make delicious Vietnamese dishes in your own kitchen.
