Supper Clubs & Seasonal Lunches
Our chefs love to show off their favourite dishes, our Supper Clubs give you the opportunity to watch them in action preparing a fabulous meal for you to enjoy eating in our spacious dining room and kitchen.
Between dishes, talk to chef as they work, they are happy to discuss the cuisine of the night, where to source produce and pass on cheffy tips and tricks that make their dishes taste delicious. It’s a laid back affair, just enjoy as much or as little interaction as you want!
Once the food is prepared our lovely staff will serve you their creations, a glass of fizz is included on arrival, additional drinks can be purchased from the bar.
We can cater for most allergies and dietary requirements. Vegetarian options always available, just let us know when you book.

Learn to cook healthy, paleo led, repeatable meals with a focus on taste. Dishes will incorporate a variety of Asian flavours, fish, chicken and vegetarian – all classes can be adapted to suit allergies and dietary requirements.
Our 3 hour cookery class allows ample time for demo and hands on cooking. All ingredients are provided and you will both eat during the evening and take home extra’s. During the session you will look at three individual dishes – recipes will be sent to you via email after the event.
Kitchen Maverick Jan spends his time researching the paleo diets – the pros the cons and then more importantly how to make it taste great while obeying the rules! If there is a specific diet you are interested in, please let us know.

Laurie Curtis Manchester Pasta CoDidsbury based chef Laurie Curtis is a private chef who specialises in fine dining. He perfected his craft during his years working in some of London’s best restaurants. Due to recent circumstances Laurie has just started a new venture- Manchester Pasta Co, delivering fresh pasta around the local area. This way he is still able to serve tasty food to people in a safe way. He will now be hosting artisan pasta master classes. He will also be posting seasonal supper clubs, with live cooking demonstrations and a chance for guests to taste some of his finest creations.

Claire of Market chef fame creates tasty British plates inspired by seasonal market produce. Rooted in Manchester we’ve combined forces to showcase the best seasonal food available in our great city.
Claire has been navigating New Smithfield wholesale market for over a decade, now firm friends with the traders, she can ensure she secures the freshest and best ingredients for her events.
Claire will buy all the produce for your seasonal lunch in the morning, then prepare and cook you a wonderful meal, which you’ll enjoy eating in our spacious dining room. Throughout the event, Claire will be on hand to answer any questions and will demo how to make elements of the meal.
If you would like an early start to join Claire at the market, we can arrange this.
Note: menu can be adapted to a Vegetarian diet and most allergies catered for. If you would like a Vegan option, please discuss with us.
Sample Menu – subject to seasonal availability
Main Course – Pork Fillet ‘Waldorf’ Wellington, with celeriac purée, steamed beetroot and Bramley apple, kale and buttered cider sauce.
Cornish Sardines, Golden Beetroot Salad, Pickled Slaw
Vegetarian Option – Butternut Squash ‘Waldorf’ Wellington.
Dessert – Sticky Toffee Plum Pudding with spiced Banana ‘Ice-cream’

Claire also runs tours of the market showing you how to navigate and buy the freshest produce.
What’s included:

Delicious 2 course meal with a few chef’s treats!
