Class Description
This is for the home barista or coffee enthusiasts wishing to learn more about how to create great espresso and milk-based drinks from their own kitchen. This session lasts for three hours and requires no previous experience at all, it is also adaptable to meet the specific needs of the student and ensure the content covered is relevant to your own equipment.
We will explore the principles of brewing coffee, taking into account the impact of coffee origin/processing/water quality and filtration method in addition to all the important barista skills. We will then introduce the theory behind espresso brewing including the adjustment and calibration of the grinder before covering off milk steaming and the foundations of latte art technique.

Just like a snowflake or fingerprint, the design is unique to the barista, join Gavin, our barista of over 20 years for a workshop learning the skills to create your own little piece of microfoam magic.
