“Absolutely fantastic day very informative with clear guidance every step of the way. The tutor Matt, explained the purpose of each of the steps, the best products to use and why. At the end of the session you came away with a loaf you cooked on the day which ensured you could see the whole process within the 3 hrs. I would definitely recommend.”
