Class Description

Famously known as the Maritime Malt, Old Pulteney’s distinctive taste is shaped by the sea air as it matures in casks on the North Coast of Scotland, making it a natural partner for seafood dishes.

What you will Learn:

In this relaxed evening class, enjoy a dram while you learn fish preparation techniques and create a range of sumptuous coastal recipes infused with Old Pulteney – from cured salmon and whisky butter to a creamy whisky sauce that’s out of this world.

What’s included:

While you cook and eat, experts will guide you through the tasting notes of the Maritime Malt and explain how its unique flavour compliments each dish.

Then, afterwards, you’ll receive an Old Pulteney recipe book so that you can make more delicious dishes at home… and we’ll even take care of the washing up!

This is a perfect Father’s Day treat that can be enjoyed solo or with the best pairing of all – you and your dad.
