The class will focus on inspiring fine dining dishes, combining flavours and how to present the food on a plate.

• Oysters Rockefeller
• Twice Baked Cheese Soufflé
• Pulled chicken & Tarragon Croquettes, Romesco

What’s included:

• All ingredients, glass of fizz, wine, beer or soft drink on arrival. Additional drinks can be purchased from our fully stocked bar using card or cash.
