Salan Roti is a recipe book written by Sobia Bashir, from heart to table. Sobia grew up in Bradford, the curry capital of Britain. So it goes without saying that she had access to some of the best Pakistani cuisine for most of her life. That said, restaurant and take away food is completely different to the food eaten at home.
Learning the basics of traditional Pakistani cooking couldn’t be easier. If you’ve always wanted to try but never really had the right teacher, then this is definitely the right place to start. You’ll change the way you look at curries and Sobia will have you cooking them like a pro in no time.
During the class you will create dishes to eat as you cook, there will be enough to take home for a meal later.
The class can be adapted to most allergies and dietary requirements, just let us know when you book – Vegetarian & Vegan alternatives available.
