Jamie is the founder of seasoned logs, suppliers of kiln dried hardwood logs, firewood and solid fules in the heart of Cheshire. He has spent years perfecting the best techniques to get you barbequeing all summer long.

Our series of BBQ classes brings the perfect combination of managing the fames and delicious recipes, all tried and tested to bring the best flavours, marinades, salads to your food.

Classes can be adapted to most allergy and dietary requirements, just let us know when you book.
