Class Description
Spend quality time together while learning new skills in the kitchen. Our Adult & Child Cookery Class is designed to be a fun, hands-on experience where you cook side by side, guided by one of our expert chefs.
Together you’ll create a selection of Japanese-inspired dishes that are as enjoyable to make as they are to eat. From rolling sushi to folding delicate gyoza, this class is packed with the hands-on techniques children love, while teaching practical skills and recipes you can recreate at home.
Whether you’re introducing a budding young foodie to cooking or simply looking for a memorable activity to enjoy together, this class offers the perfect mix of learning, creativity and delicious food.
On the Menu:
- Sushi Making – learn how to prepare, roll and serve sushi with a delicious dipping sauce.
- Pork Gyoza – master the art of folding and cooking these popular Japanese dumplings.
- Fluffy Japanese Pancakes – create a light and delicious sweet treat to finish.
Allergies & Dietaries
Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. Each adult and child pair will cook the same ingredients at their workstation.
For guests requiring a gluten-free option, you will still take part in the gyoza folding experience before enjoying a suitable alternative dish.
