Class Description

Join us for a sociable foodie evening of demonstration and hands-on cookery with Simon Wood.

MasterChef of 2015 Simon wowed judges with his menu inspired by classic flavour combinations, since then he has gone on to become a judge on the show, author of cookery books and founder of the amazing WOOD restaurant group. Winner of many awards including The Michelin Guide to leading chef and Manchester’s most loved chef.

This class takes cooking together to another level with chef Simon, you will prepare the first and second plates. Cooking Together evenings are the perfect blend of meal out and cookery class – sociable foodie fun.  One ticket is for 2 people and you cook your meal in your pair.

The Menu: For allergies & dietaries let us know in the booking notes. You cook the same ingredients in your pair.

  • Canapé on arrival
  • Starter – The Catch of the day with Tomato Ponzu and Yuzu Sake
  • Main – Some Beef, Its Bones and Whey Soured Onions. One of WOOD Restaurants signature dishes.
  • Dessert: Chef made so you can relax and enjoy your meal

  • All ingredients provided; you will enjoy your meal in the company of others in the dining area.
