Class Description

Maybe you have heard about the downsides of gluten or have a suspicion you or someone in your family may be gluten intolerant? Or maybe you are having gut issues like bloating, toilet troubles with your bowels, less energy than you would like, sinus issues, headaches, rashes or pain? Did you know that any of these symptoms can be associated with gluten intolerance?

Most people that go gluten free head for the “free-from” aisles and cause other issues by eating processed products high in hidden sugars. I would love to show you how to avoid the most common mistakes and go gluten free the right way.

My name’s Bee and I’m passionate about empowering people to take control of their own health. As part of that, I am now working with Food Sorcery to offer a series of workshops to enable you to do just that.

“Going Gluten Free – The Right Way”, running 10:00-13:00 on Saturday 4th March in Didsbury, Manchester, is the fourth in the series and is ideal for you if you resonate with any of the above. There are limited spots, so make sure you grab yourself a ticket before they are all gone and learn whether gluten could be an issue for you and how to go gluten-free the healthy way.

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • Learn about the detrimental effects that gluten has on the gut
  • Understand the reasons why gluten intolerance is becoming more widespread
  • Learn what types of foods contain gluten
  • Discover some tasty and healthy gluten free alternatives
  • Show and taster session of some gluten free alternatives

What previous course participants have said:

“Beth is a knowledgeable nutritionist with healthy food alternatives to heal and maintain a healthy body. I attended one of her workshops where I learned how to make really yummy treats like blueberry cheesecake (with no cheese at all) and nut milk. I absolutely loved it.”
