Making bread is both a treat and a satisfying experience, the aromas amazing and with a few transferable skills you will be enjoying baking for years to come. In this class Baker Victoria Richardson will show you the delights of working with different types of dough to achieve the best results.
Examples of what you will learn:
- Regular Dough – for pizza, garlic bread
- Shaped Rolls
- Enriched Dough – Chelsea Bun, iced fingers, cream cookies
- Soda Bread – Demonstration
