Class Description

Get ready for a packed class of sweet and savoury bread making. Baker Victoria Richardson will show you the delights of working with different types of dough to achieve the best results. Making bread is both a treat and a satisfying experience, the aromas amazing and with plenty of transferable skills you will be enjoying adapting your techniques to different breads.

Examples of what you will learn:

  • Regular Dough – for pizza, garlic bread and creating your Shaped Rolls – platting, cottage loaf, rolling techniques
  • Enriched Dough – Create a show-stopping Chelsea Bun, iced fingers and cream cookies.

Save the planet! – bring four large containers to take your bakes home

What’s Included:

  • Tea & Coffee on arrival and refreshments throughout the day.
  • Light lunch – you will eat the pizza that you make.
  • You will take home your creations, please bring suitable containers and means to take them home!
  • Copies of the workshop notes will be emailed to you after the class.
