Class Description

Steam buns are delicious, warm, fluffy treats of stuffing wrapped inside a sweet, white dough. In this class you will learn to make and steam your own buns with traditional fillings, chef will then move on to show you how to create Dim Sum, small parcels folded and steamed to perfection.

Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration. Eat as you cook and takeaway your creations. You will leave with tips and tricks to cook more delicious dishes at home.

Note: this is one of the few classes not adaptable to gluten free diets.

  • Steam Buns – Soft & Fluffy with a sweet and a savoury filling
  • Dim Sum – Sui Mai – prawn & pork dumplings with wonton squares
  • Sticky Pork – Pork belly with a Char Sui style sticky sauce.

What’s included:

  • Free drink on arrival. Additional beverages can be purchased at the bar.
  • All ingredients provided, you will eat as you cook and take home the additional dishes, bring containers or use our simple ones.
  • Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
