The Mekong River is located in South East Asia and stretches across six countries: China, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam This class will look at three different curries from the region – Thai, Vietnamese, Malay – which will give you a wealth of knowledge so you can create many different dishes.
Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration. Eat as you cook and takeaway your creations. You will leave with tips and tricks to cook more delicious dishes at home.
