Description

Curries take many forms, with different spices, ingredients and cooking styles creating an incredible variety of flavours. In this class, you’ll explore curries from Sri Lanka, India and Japan, learn what makes each one distinctive and discover how to use your spice cupboard with more confidence.

Suitable for all cooking abilities, the class combines chef demonstrations with plenty of hands-on cooking. You’ll prepare each dish yourself picking up useful tips and techniques along the way.

This extended class includes time to sit down and enjoy your dishes. You’ll also have plenty to take home and the confidence to recreate the dishes in your own kitchen.
