Whether you have a sweet tooth or are simply looking to refine your baking skills, this class will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to create these delicious puddings whenever you desire.
During the class, we will guide you through each step of the process, ensuring that you understand the techniques and principles behind these classics. From selecting the best ingredients to mastering the precise cooking times, you will learn the secrets to achieving exceptional results.
Examples of What You Will Bake:
San Sebastian Cheesecake – Famous burnt cheesecake from the Basque region of Spain, this is creamy, rich and unbelievably delicious. Bring an 8″ container
Chocolate Layer Dessert in a Glass – Always a favourite and tastes divine, glasses/jars will be provided.
Sticky Toffee Pudding – A classic British dessert made with dates and topped with a toffee sauce.
Demonstration Tuile / Brandy Snap – chef will show you how to make the mix, then you can try our making shapes and moulds to elevate your desserts.
Save the planet! – bring four large re-useable cake boxes or containers and a bag to transport your bakes home. We have disposable ones if you forget.
Tea/Coffee or soft drinks on arrival, all ingredients you need including cellophane to present your egg.
Bring your own containers to transport your creations home, we have simple ones if you forget.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
