Class Description

Fish is the largest traded commodity in the world and a brilliant source of animal protein, in this class we look at chefs favourite fish dishes from around the world. Fish is quick to prepare and with a few of chefs tips easy to create delicious dishes.

Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration, this extended class includes time to enjoy eating your dishes in the dining room. You will leave with plenty of leftovers and the confidence to cook more delicious dishes at home.

All classes can be adapted to most allergies & preferences, just let us know in the notes when booking.

  • Italian – Seafood (or white fish)  Gnocchi with white wine parmesan
  • French – Pan Fried Seasonal Fish with braised fennel puree and sea herbs
  • Thai – Fish Curry, cooked to perfection with vegetables and rice

What’s included:

  • Glass of fizz, beer or soft drink on arrival. We have a great bar with some amazing wines, beers, a range of spirits, soft drinks and cocktails to enjoy – additional beverages can be purchased using cash or card.
  • All ingredients provided, you will eat as you cook and take home the additional dishes, bring containers or use our simple ones.
  • Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
  • The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
