Class Description

Maybe The Great British Bake off has you inspired to start to bake, or you are looking to brush up your skills – this class will show you the fundamentals of choux pastry.

The class is perfect for spending time with a friend or child, just let us know in the notes when booking and we will ensure you work in the same area together.

We are delighted to bring you this baking class with Steph Clubb, she’ll take you through key techniques needed to create tasty choux bakes. The class focuses on different skills that you can adapt for different occasions and flavours. You’ll leave feeling confident in producing beautiful baking products in your own kitchen for friends and family.

What’s included:

Coffee, or glass of prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival along with all the ingredients. A light lunch is included.

Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
