Italian cicchetti originated in Venice where wine bars (bàcaro) serve bite size and small dishes similar to Spanish tapas. They are delicious to eat and look beautiful, perfect for easy evening meals, dinner parties or a buffet to wow the family or guests.

Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration. Eat as you cook and takeaway your creations. You will leave with tips and tricks to cook more delicious dishes at home.

• Polpette in Pomodoro Sauce – Juicy and rich meatballs in tomato sauce.
• Mozarella Arancini –  A staple of Sicilian cuisine: crispy-fried risotto balls stuffed with mozzarella.
• Aubergines with Goat Cheese – Grilled Aubergine rolled and then filled with goats cheese.

What’s included:

• Free drink on arrival. Additional beverages can be purchased at the bar.
• All ingredients provided, you will eat as you cook and take home the additional dishes, bring containers or use our simple ones.
