Join us to learn to cook amazingly authentic Mexican food in this fun and informative cookery class. Mexican food has a reputation for being very spicy, but it has a wide range of flavours and while many spices are used for cooking, not all are spicy.

Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration, this extended class includes time to enjoy eating your dishes in the dining room. You will leave with plenty of leftovers and the confidence to cook more delicious dishes at home.

• Tacos – Spiced Chicken on Wheat and Corn tacos
• Tostada – Crispy-fried corn tortilla, prawn ceviche, Smokey chilli mayo
• Beef Empanadas – traditional pastry filled with spiced beef & chorizo
• Salsa Verde Cruda – A zesty, vibrant salsa.
