With the winter season coming up you might be wondering how to support your immune system to make you more resistant to those winter bugs?

You might immediately think of vitamin C or zinc, but 21 days of a diet low in vitamin B6 in one study of healthy older participants saw a decrease in the number of circulating white blood cells, important for immune defence.
My name’s Bee and I’m passionate about empowering people to take control of their own health. As part of that, I am now working with Food Sorcery to offer a series of workshops to enable you to do just that.
“Supporting Natural Immunity”, running 10:00-13:00 on Saturday 28th January in Didsbury, Manchester, is the second in the series and is ideal for you if you would like to take control of your own immune health and let go of any fear around illness or disease.
