The Style of Viennoiserie is considered the bridge between Boulangerie and Patisserie, selling sweeter breads like Croissants or Brioche. There are a number of features common to different types of Viennoiserie, though the way in which the dough is made and treated typically set such baked goods apart. The dough used is often similar to the dough that is used for bread or rolls.
We are thrilled to be working with baker Steph Clubb for this class, she has a wealth of experience in baking and teaching – you’ll leave armed with the knowledge and expertise to bake more.

What’s included:
Tea, Coffee or soft drink on arrival, all the ingredients and equipment you need. A light lunch will be provided and refreshments available all day.
Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class, and you get to take your tasty bakes home.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
