Take your pizza, pasta and dolce skills to the next level with Salvatore, this class will focus on how the science behind making pizza dough, a perfect passata and choosing topping combinations that make this Italian classic a favourite around the world. We will be using domestic ovens to cook, the skills you will learn are transferable to pizza ovens.
A combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration, this class includes time to enjoy eating your dishes in the dining room. You will leave with plenty of leftovers and the confidence to cook more delicious dishes at home.

Note: this is one of the few classes not adaptable to vegan or gluten free diets.
Traditional Pizza Dough – understanding how to make a perfect dough, a rich passata and combining flavours for toppings
Pasta – Using a royal dough you will make and roll perfect pasta to take home.
Tiramisu – Salvatore will teach you his unique tricks to make this dessert sophisticated, yet comforting and decadent.
