Sauces are the backbone of every great dish, and in this class you’ll discover how easy they are to master. Learn to make classic and international sauces, from everyday favourites to those often thought tricky—but simple once you know the techniques.
Our chef will demonstrate the simpler sauces, while you get hands-on with the more challenging ones. You’ll also enjoy a dish prepared by the chef using one of the sauces, and take home samples of everything you create, ready to use in your own cooking.
