Enjoy a hands-on Vietnamese Cookery Class – A unique blend of Chinese and French style, Vietnamese food is greatly admired for its fresh and fragrant flavour.  Naturally low in dairy and fat, you will learn the tips and trick to enjoy making Vietnamese at home.

Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration. Eat as you cook and takeaway your creations. You will leave with tips and tricks to cook more delicious dishes at home.

• Chicken Pho – Fragrant and aromatic broth with rice noodles and tender chicken. For dietaries and allergies let us know in the booking
• Goi Cuon Ca Nuong – Vietnamese baked fish – This terrific fish dish is a combination of rich fish fillets with spicy sauce. For dietaries and allergies let us know in the booking
