Victoria will explain how to make the perfect cupcakes complete with recipes for your convenience. You’ll then be guided through a range of piping techniques – versatile skills you can use time and again – before putting them into practice with plenty of decorating time.
Across the session you’ll decorate 14 cupcakes that will be arranged into two stunning cupcake bouquets. You’ll also learn how to construct and gift-wrap your bouquet, ready to present as a stylish edible gift.
Flowers you’ll create include:

Sourdough bread has been around for hundreds of years. Widely favoured amongst many due to its ability to digest easier within the body and for its tangy flavour and wholesome appearance.
Whilst the supermarkets have brought sourdough to our shelves, the amount of care and attention needed is sometimes lost in the mass production of sourdough which takes great care and most of all time.
Matt has been baking and teaching for many years and runs a Most bakery in Altrincham, he is full of technical know how about how to achieve great sourdough results.
In this easy class for sourdough beginners, we teach you:
- How to make a starter from the beginning, how to take care of it and feed and nurture it using a variety of readily available ingredients.
- You will also be shown how to shape the dough to achieve the best looking loaves and simple cutting effects to make those enviable patterns so that your bread has that professional appearance.
- We will also be discussing and using many different types of grain and show you how easy it is to make a super fast version of sourdough for an every day supply of better bread.
- You’ll take home a starter, a sourdough loaf part made by you as well as your own dough to cook at home.

Learn to make a Sourdough pizza. Making bread from scratch is a skill that both fills your kitchen with wonderful aromas and brings the immense satisfaction of taking the simplest of ingredients and creating something so delicious.
Baker Victoria Richardson will bring an established Sourdough Starter for you to make your Sourdough Pizza, Sourdough Crackers and Sourdough Breadsticks. You will then learn how to make a traditional dough to give you skills to make different types of shaped bread rolls, Pretzels and Bagels. You even get a Sourdough Starter to take home and nurture.
Note: This is about making a Sourdough starter to make a pizza and then making a regular dough rolls & bagels
- Sourdough Starter – How to create and feed a starter, you will make a quick prove Sourdough pizza, learning to gently stretch the dough. Create Sourdough crackers and breadsticks from your starter discard. You will eat your pizza during the class.

Pies are the ultimate comfort food, and every great pie begins with perfect pastry. A pie is typically filled with pre-cooked ingredients, while a pasty contains raw filling that cooks inside its pastry parcel. In this class, you’ll learn the essential do’s and don’ts of pie fillings and how to master the art of the pasty. Once you’ve nailed these techniques, your pie-making possibilities will be endless.
One ticket is for two people, feel free to come alone and bake double.
Example Dishes: Let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements in the booking notes
- Traditional Cornish Pasty – you will make shortcrust pastry and the filling
- Traditional Apple pie – you will make the sweet pastry, Victoria will pre make the apple filling
- Demo of different tops for your apple pie, lattice and a weave

Learn to make a Sourdough pizza. Making bread from scratch is a skill that both fills your kitchen with wonderful aromas and brings the immense satisfaction of taking the simplest of ingredients and creating something so delicious.
Baker Victoria Richardson will bring an established Sourdough Starter for you to make your Sourdough Pizza, Sourdough Crackers and Sourdough Breadsticks. You will then learn how to make a traditional dough to give you skills to make different types of shaped bread rolls, Pretzels and Bagels. You even get a Sourdough Starter to take home and nurture.
Note: This is about making a Sourdough starter to make a pizza and then making a regular dough rolls & bagels
- Sourdough Starter – How to create and feed a starter, you will make a quick prove Sourdough pizza, learning to gently stretch the dough. Create Sourdough crackers and breadsticks from your starter discard. You will eat your pizza during the class.
- Traditional Loaf, Pretzels & Bagels (Not Sourdough)Â – Using a regular dough which will prove over lunch you will make a traditional loaf and bagels.

Discover the art of buttercream piping in this hands-on workshop, designed for enthusiastic home bakers looking to level up their skills and professionals wanting to refine their technique.
Victoria will explain how to make the perfect cupcakes complete with recipes for your convenience. You’ll then be guided through a range of piping techniques – versatile skills you can use time and again – before putting them into practice with plenty of decorating time.
Across the session you’ll decorate 14 cupcakes that will be arranged into two stunning cupcake bouquets. You’ll also learn how to construct and gift-wrap your bouquet, ready to present as a stylish edible gift.
Flowers you’ll create include:
- Rose
- Hydrangea
- Sunflower
- Chrysanthemum
- Daisy
You’ll leave with two beautifully finished large cupcake bouquets – please bring a sturdy bag or box for transport.

The festive season is all about indulgence, and nothing says comfort quite like freshly baked treats straight from the oven. In this class Victoria will show you how to bake some seasonal favourite bakes, come along with a friend, a gang or on your own and bake double.
