Our expert Chef is keen to support you take your first steps, or perhaps chop your first onion in a fun and engaging class.  Menu and theme change, however your skills and confidence will grow and you will learn how the new skills translate to differing cuisines

The Mekong River is located in South East Asia and stretches across six countries: China, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam This class will look at three different curries from the region  – Thai, Vietnamese, Malay – which will give you a wealth of knowledge so you can create many different dishes.

Learn to chop, slice and dice like a pro we will teach you all the tricks of the trade so that you can understand how to choose the right knife for the job and use your knife to best advantage. Most importantly, you will learn how to use a knife safely.  You may not be able to slice with your eyes shut after this class, but with practice you will make short work of preparing the Sunday roast or Delicious Dinners.

Once all the knife work has been done, we will show you how to make delicious dishes using the ingredients you have chopped, which you’ll enjoy eating and any left overs can be taken home.
