Employee recognition is a important strategy to add value to the employment experience. Competition for talent continues to escalate post pandemic, so it’s never been more important to nurture wellbeing and show employees how much they are worth.
Foodie fun is the perfect way to spend time with colleagues outside the work environment. At Food Sorcery, you can reward staff with a fresh activity that will strengthen bonds, build communication and be enjoyed by all.
We can design an event around your needs, including cooking in groups— a fantastic way to strengthen team spirit, or cooking competitions. All events are led by expert chefs and there’s something for everybody to enjoy. Not only will you all cook, but you’ll get to enjoy a feast that you’ve produced at the end. But it’s not all cooking— we also offer a fantastic mixology experience to get stuck into, and barista classes to take your coffee game to the next level.
Don’t take our word for it, here’s what Rosie Cooke from Lush had to say:
We were a group of 40 on a corporate event from Lush and we had an absolute blast doing the evening cookery class (Great Street Feast) and cocktail making!
As a large group we were split into groups and half took part in the competitive (and VERY fun) cocktail making competition whilst the others made starters with the help of lots of very qualified and friendly chefs, and then we swapped around.
The food was super tasty- everyone had an absolute blast and commented that it was “easily one of the best team events they’d ever taken part in” so can’t really praise Mark and his team enough!
Thank you so much- I highly recommend for anyone doing a corporate event or otherwise as these guys will definitely look after you and you won’t regret it!
