We offer a range of options, including chef-led cooking in teams, cocktail making, a competitive cook-off challenge, client hosting packages, barista classes and away days. The menus are adaptable to allergies and food preferences, the events are build around your needs and tailored to your desires.
One of the most popular formats is Team Cooking with a Cocktail Making Experience. Here’s a little taste of how it works.
The group is split into four teams, two to make cocktails with the fantastic Johnny Cocktail, and the other two will cook with our friendly and experienced chefs.
Whilst the cocktail groups get on with their challenge of making and drinking some awesome refreshments, the cooks will be split between two chefs and set the task of feeding the group. We offer a choice of dishes to be cooked, but our most popular are Sushi & Tacos for the first round. The teams will work together to make their selected dish for everybody, adapting it, with the help of the chefs, to suit any dietary requirements. Once the food is ready, everybody will come together to eat and drink, before swapping over for the second round.
