Buying for a Twosome? Try Cooking Together

If you know a couple who love to cook for others, or if you’re a parent and want a treat for you and yours, this might just fit the bill. Think of it as dining out with a plot twist.  Your loved one and a partner in crime cook a three course dinner with our expert chef, and then they sit down to eat it with each other – and the rest of the class. Learn cooking tips and tricks, and of course, the recipes – so they can then show off those kitchen skills when they make the dishes at home.

Mini MasterChef in the house? Big & Little Cooks

Give the gift of skills for life. Working as a team, big cook and little cook will prepare three dishes with our Chef – main, side dish and pud – which they’ll then share afterwards. It’s an ideal way to spend time with your child (or niece or nephew for that matter), and they learn life skills that will be important in years to come – long before you pack them off to University. Oh, and don’t worry, if there’s more than one, extra children are just £25.

They’re not a Foodie, but love a brew? Coffee Lovers

Now you could pick this one if your partner’s brew making skills aren’t up to scratch. Or maybe they do really have a thing for caffeine, we couldn’t possibly say. But whether you’re buying for a novice or a budding barista, our expert Gavin has fifteen years of brewing under his belt, so you know he has a safe pair of hands. Gavin covers everything from the different styles of coffee, to all the techniques you can use to perfect a brew at home. Also perfect if they were gifted coffee brewing kit last year, and still don’t know what to do with it, as Gavin will be able to give them advice specifically tailored to their needs.

Are they a bit of a gym bunny? Or gluten intolerant? Then our Fit Food Sessions are ideal

Fit Food might sound like one for the Personal Trainer, or fitness lover in your world, and you’d be right. However, our fit food expert, Jan Cron, also cooks without gluten, so this also works beautifully if you know someone who has been diagnosed as gluten intolerant. Jan has a whole series of styles, try Italian style fit food, vegan, or even something a little spicy with Indian flavours. They’ll cook alongside Jan, then enjoy the flavours they’ve created alongside their classmates (or they can take it away). It can be tailored to vegetarian and vegan diets too, so everybody can enjoy fit food every day.

Want to give them something that keeps on giving? Our skills courses are exactly what you want

We really do have a little bit of everything. With our skills courses, they’ll learn those essential knife skills and slice and dice like a chef. Learn to make pasta like a Nonna, or to make their own bread at home. We’ve even got courses on cheese making if they like a little Stilton on your crackers at Christmas. Whichever you choose, these really are gifts that live on in the kitchen at home.
