He is an accomplished personal chef, his attitude to food is that it should be as delicious as it is good for you.
Ingredients – Serves 4
- 1 cup of buckwheat, rinsed
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 4 dates, chopped
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1 apple, grated
- 1tsp of cinnamon
- 1tsp of turmeric
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 2tbsp of coconut chips
- 2tbsp of golden sultanas
