- A mango lassi is usually a yogurt based mango milkshake or smoothie, here our Fit food chef Jan Cron turns it into a delicious healthy desert – gluten free it’s tastes great and can be made really special with your own toppings
Ingredients – Serves 4
- 2 mangoes
- 600ml Greek yoghurt
- 2cups crushed ice
- 1tsp turmeric
- 1tsp ground ginger
- Place all the ingredients in the food processor, blender or a smoothie maker and blend. That’s it!
- To make it extra special add your own toppings, pistachio, shaved dark chocolate…
