Fit Food Mango Lassi Recipe

  1. A mango lassi is usually a yogurt based mango milkshake or smoothie, here our Fit food chef Jan Cron turns it into a delicious healthy desert – gluten free it’s tastes great and can be made really special with your own toppings

Ingredients – Serves 4

  1. 2 mangoes
  2. 600ml Greek yoghurt
  3. 2cups crushed ice
  4. 1tsp turmeric
  5. 1tsp ground ginger
  6.  

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in the food processor, blender or a smoothie maker and blend. That’s it!

  3. To make it extra special add your own toppings, pistachio, shaved dark chocolate…
